İşCep receives fourth consecutive Global Finance mobile banking award

Türkiye İş Bankası has announced that İşCep received Global Finance’s “World’s Best Consumer Mobile Banking App” award for the fourth consecutive year. The bank said it received 22 awards across the publication’s 2026 digital banking and AI in finance programmes.

Sixteen digital banking awards and six AI awards

According to the bank, the second-round results of the World’s Best Digital Banks & AI in Finance Awards 2026 were announced at a ceremony in Singapore. Sixteen of its awards were for digital banking and six for artificial intelligence applications.

Alongside İşCep’s global mobile-app award, the bank’s digital services were recognised in categories covering Western Europe and Türkiye. User experience, open-banking interfaces and services offered through digital channels were among the areas highlighted in the announcement.

Maxi and AI-supported services

İşbank says it is developing its digital assistant Maxi and generative AI applications to help customers complete tasks more easily. Its technology approach focuses on personalisation, accessible digital channels and continuity of service.

Deputy Chief Executive Sabri Gökmenler said the bank aims to make mobile banking smarter, faster and more personalised. “Best” in this report refers to the title of the relevant Global Finance award category.
