BiP allows messages to be scheduled up to two weeks ahead

BiP has announced scheduled messaging, allowing messages to be prepared for a time up to two weeks ahead. The feature is intended to help organise personal and group communications that need to be sent at a particular moment.

Writing and sending happen at different times
Scheduled messaging allows a message to be prepared for a selected time instead of being sent immediately. BiP says the scheduling window extends up to two weeks. Users can therefore organise reminders, greetings or information that needs to be delivered at a specific moment in advance.
The feature is presented as a way to manage delivery timing, rather than an AI tool that changes the message’s content. Preparing a message and its reaching the recipient are separate stages. Selecting the correct date and time matters particularly for communications connected with an event or deadline.
Additional group-planning tools
BiP’s release also highlights group polls and event creation. Events can include a date, time and location alongside attendance responses and reminders. These tools aim to combine decision-making and planning within the conversation.
Disappearing messages, one-time content, replies quoting a particular message, and short video or audio messages are among the other options mentioned. Each addresses a different requirement. Scheduling a message, for example, does not by itself mean it will later disappear; the relevant privacy option needs separate consideration.
Availability and connectivity
BiP is available as a free download for iOS and Android. The release also refers to data allowances with Turkcell, Türk Telekom and eligible Vodafone Pass subscriptions. That should not be read as a guarantee of unlimited free data on every tariff and under every operator’s conditions.
The app version, phone connectivity and service terms all affect the experience. The new feature’s main contribution is organising communication in advance. For important messages, users should check the selected date, recipient and sending status in the app.
