ŞA-RA Enerji’s nine-month sales reach TRY 9.51 billion
ŞA-RA Enerji increased sales revenue by 60.8% to TRY 9.51 billion in the first nine months of 2026. Its non-consolidated results show net profit of TRY 949.6 million and operating cash flow of TRY 796.8 million.
Reported revenue and cash-flow changes

ŞA-RA Enerji, which provides manufacturing, engineering and turnkey projects for power transmission and distribution, published its 30 September 2026 results on KAP. January–September revenue rose from TRY 5.91 billion a year earlier to TRY 9.51 billion. Gross profit increased 53.5% to TRY 2.14 billion.
Net profit was TRY 949.6 million. EBITDA, presented under the company’s own calculation, was TRY 1.63 billion. Operating cash flow moved from negative TRY 1.49 billion to positive TRY 796.8 million. These indicators represent different calculations; cash flow is not the same measure as net profit.
Domestic orders and contracts

In August, the company announced approximately TRY 318.8 million in domestic sales orders and a TRY 2.94 billion transmission-line construction contract. September brought a TRY 950.6 million order for line materials for a project undertaken by group company Şa-Ra Teknoloji Tesis. Deliveries are planned through the end of 2028.
Order and contract values do not mean the full amounts were recognised immediately in nine-month sales. Project progress, deliveries and accounting conditions can span different periods. New work in the portfolio therefore needs to be distinguished from reported period revenue.
Timelines for Moldova and Egypt

In July, a joint venture with a group company signed an approximately €17.6 million contract with Moldelectrica for the Balti–Suceava 400 kV line. Completion of the EU-, EBRD- and EIB-supported project is planned for 2028.
The approximately €31 million high-voltage line contract in Egypt was announced after the third quarter, in October. Its stated lira equivalent at announcement was around TRY 1.73 billion, with completion targeted for 2028. It should not be added to recognised sales for the period ending in September. Detailed statements are available through KAP and the company’s website.
