Enerjisa Enerji reports TRY 20.8 billion in nine-month investment
Enerjisa Enerji says investment rose 85% year on year in the first nine months of 2026, while its full-year investment target remains TRY 30–35 billion.
Distribution infrastructure receives most of the investment

Enerjisa Enerji has announced financial results for the first nine months of 2026. The company reported total investment of TRY 20.8 billion, an increase of 85% compared with the same period a year earlier. Of that amount, TRY 20.1 billion was allocated to electricity distribution infrastructure.
Grid modernisation and digitalisation remain priorities in the investment programme. The company maintained its full-year investment target of TRY 30–35 billion, linking continued spending to the growing role of electricity across transport, industry and other parts of the economy.
Nine-month financial indicators
According to the announcement, operating earnings reached TRY 62.1 billion in the first nine months. Approximately 90% of that measure came from the electricity distribution business. The regulated asset base rose to TRY 111.5 billion, reflecting the importance of distribution activities in the company’s business model.
Enerjisa Enerji also reported underlying net income of TRY 11.6 billion for the period. It retained full-year targets of TRY 80–85 billion in operating earnings and TRY 13–15 billion in underlying net income. The company said its net financial debt-to-operating earnings ratio stood at 1.0 times. These are the company’s reported measures and guidance, rather than new projections by Fibona.
Electrification increases demands on the grid
CEO Oğuzhan Özsürekci said the wider use of electricity in transport and industry, together with growth in renewable generation, requires greater grid capacity and flexibility. He argued that infrastructure capable of delivering electricity safely, efficiently and continuously needs investment before demand fully materialises.
Özsürekci linked the company’s TRY 20.1 billion distribution investment to this objective. He said Enerjisa Enerji was modernising its networks, expanding digitalisation and developing the capacity required for higher electricity demand. He also referred to long-term relationships with international financial institutions as support for the investment programme.
Full-year spending target remains unchanged
The company’s announcement presents the nine-month figures as progress towards its existing annual objectives. It highlights the role of regulated operations, financial discipline and cash generation in sustaining investment during a period of economic and geopolitical uncertainty.
Enerjisa Enerji’s full-year investment range remains TRY 30–35 billion. Management says the programme is intended to contribute to Türkiye’s energy transition through stronger distribution networks, improved flexibility and the technology needed to manage a more electrified economy.
