Vodafone Business is supporting ArkSigner’s electronic signature and digital identity services with connectivity, data centre, private cloud and cybersecurity infrastructure.
Infrastructure designed to support growth

Vodafone Business and ArkSigner announced a technology partnership on 12 October 2026 to support the digital trust company’s expanding operations and international ambitions. ArkSigner develops electronic signature, digital identity verification and secure digital transaction technologies. The agreement brings those products together with connectivity, data centre, private cloud and cybersecurity services from Vodafone Business.
The companies say the integrated infrastructure is intended to improve scalability and support service continuity. Rather than managing technology layers as separate projects, ArkSigner can manage them within a more closely connected environment. The announcement links the investment to the company’s work with public and private sector customers and its plans to take technologies developed in Türkiye into additional markets.
A staged transformation beginning with connectivity
The relationship initially centred on Metro Ethernet connectivity to support high-performance, uninterrupted connections. The scope later expanded after an assessment of ArkSigner’s existing infrastructure, operational requirements and growth plans.
Co-location services were introduced to strengthen data centre infrastructure. A subsequent move to private cloud was intended to provide more flexible allocation of technology resources as workloads grew. Security Operations Centre services added round-the-clock monitoring and management of cybersecurity operations. Microsoft 365 solutions were also included to support internal productivity and business continuity. Together, these services cover connectivity, hosting, cloud resources, security and workplace applications.

Business requirements shape the deployment
Özlem Kestioğlu, Executive Vice President of Vodafone Türkiye, said the project was designed around ArkSigner’s needs from the outset. She described a phased approach that evaluated business processes and growth objectives as well as the individual technologies involved. Vodafone Business positions the relationship as a long-term partnership, extending from the connectivity layer to cloud and security operations.
ArkSigner co-founder and Deputy General Manager Özlem Kahramaner said the company has spent years developing digital identity, electronic signature and digital trust technologies through local engineering and research and development. She said the partnership strengthens the underlying technology platform while supporting growth and internationalisation.
Supporting services developed in Türkiye
According to Kahramaner, combining ArkSigner’s products with Vodafone Business infrastructure is intended to improve the performance, availability and continuity of customer services. The companies also present the agreement as an example of how enterprise partnerships can support the international reach of higher-value technologies developed in Türkiye.
Founded in Ankara in 2015, ArkSigner operates in Türkiye and international markets and is part of the TURCORN 100 programme ecosystem. Its stated objective is to expand the global use of its digital trust technologies through continued research, product development and partnerships. The announcement does not specify a contract value or a timetable for entering individual new markets.
