QNB Türkiye’s Startup Network Day brought B2Metric, Compuvi, Cloud4Feed, İnteraktif Kredi and Quin AI together with the bank’s business units to explore potential applications.
From startup demonstrations to business needs

QNBEYOND, QNB Türkiye’s innovation laboratory, organised Startup Network Day with the bank’s AI Business Development and Projects team. Five startups presented their artificial intelligence technologies to managers and teams from different business units. The event formed part of QNBEYOND’s open innovation work and focused on where emerging solutions might meet the bank’s operational needs.
Erdem Ünal, Director of AI Business Development and Projects, delivered the opening remarks. Presentations covered customer experience, behavioural analytics, credit scoring, financial analysis, corporate risk detection and personalised digital experiences. Discussions following the presentations examined possible use cases, points of overlap with existing needs and opportunities for future cooperation. The announcement describes exploratory discussions, rather than completed deployments or commercial agreements.

Five approaches to using artificial intelligence
B2Metric presented AI-supported behavioural analytics for understanding customer journeys. Its focus areas include personalisation, predicting customer churn and increasing loyalty. Quin AI introduced its generative AI platform for predicting behaviour across web and mobile channels in real time and using those predictions to create personalised experiences and recommendations.
İnteraktif Kredi discussed AI-supported credit scoring and financial analysis. Its technology is intended to provide alternative data and decision support for credit assessment processes. Cloud4Feed presented a platform that analyses customer and employee feedback collected through different channels, turning that information into insights and suggested actions.
Compuvi focused on analysing emails, documents and corporate communications to identify legal, regulatory and data security risks at an early stage. Together, the presentations illustrated applications ranging from front-line customer interaction to internal risk and decision-support processes.

AI’s effects on work and leadership
Datassist CEO Umut Özbağcı delivered the keynote presentation on the transformation artificial intelligence is bringing to business. He shared observations and experiences concerning working practices, leadership and AI’s effects on everyday life.
QNBEYOND says Startup Network Day provides a setting in which startups can present their technologies directly to the teams that might use them. The laboratory follows new technology and business models in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and assesses their potential intersection with QNB Türkiye’s priorities. The event therefore centred on connecting technical capabilities with specific business questions, while giving participating startups direct feedback from relevant teams.
