Cookidoo Assistant makes recipe discovery easier with AI-powered support, while Arabic is being introduced as a new device language on the Thermomix TM7.
Vorwerk has announced two major innovations designed to make the Thermomix ecosystem smarter, more personalized, and more inclusive. The new Cookidoo Assistant feature uses AI to simplify recipe discovery and meal planning on Cookidoo, one of the world’s largest cooking communities. In response to longstanding requests from its community, Arabic will also become a new device language option for the Thermomix TM7 starting September 21.
In line with Vorwerk’s direct-selling approach, the Cookidoo Assistant was extensively tested by Thermomix Advisors. Based on the experience gained through their customer interactions, the features have been refined and will gradually become available to customers starting September 21.
AI-Powered Recipe Discovery on Cookidoo
The Cookidoo Assistant understands natural language, helping users find recipes, compare options, plan meals, and organize cooking ideas more efficiently. Whether users are looking for a quick family dinner, inspiration based on ingredients they already have at home, or ideas for entertaining guests, the Assistant guides them to relevant Cookidoo content in a simple and intuitive way. This allows users to navigate the extensive recipe collection more naturally while spending less time searching.
With AI-powered assistance that makes guided cooking more accessible, the Cookidoo Assistant understands everyday language and helps users find recipes suited to their needs, compare alternatives, and organize their meal plans. This new feature makes daily meal preparation smoother and more practical with the support of a personal kitchen assistant.
Designed to complement rather than fundamentally change the Thermomix experience, the new feature is accessible through a simple update, with no new installation or system setup required. Users can access the Cookidoo Assistant directly through the app and easily explore a collection of more than 100,000 tried-and-tested recipes.
Arabic Becomes a New Language Option on the Thermomix TM7
In addition to enhancing the Cookidoo experience, Vorwerk is making the Thermomix TM7 more accessible to Arabic-speaking users. Responding to longstanding requests from its community, the Arabic language option will be available on the Thermomix TM7 starting September 21.
As an international product offering multiple language options, the Thermomix TM7 will allow users to select Arabic as the device language regardless of the country in which the device is used. Once Arabic is selected, the Thermomix TM7 user interface will appear in Arabic and adapt to a right-to-left text layout. With the Arabic keyboard, users will be able to type in Arabic, perform searches, and follow Guided Cooking steps in Arabic.
The Arabic Cookidoo app and web experience are also planned for release by the end of the year. This phased rollout will allow users to benefit from an Arabic-language device experience immediately while the broader Arabic Cookidoo experience is being completed.
The device will also feature more than 100 Arabic recipes inspired by different regions of the Arab world, including Morocco, Algeria, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Tunisia, and Egypt. These recipes will bring more than just new content to the digital Thermomix cooking experience; they will also introduce dishes that evoke memories, family moments, regional flavors, and a sense of connection to home.
