Oppo three-port charger appears in certification, with output tied to mains voltage

A November 5, 2026 3C certification record issued for an Oppo charging adapter lists one USB-A and two USB-C ports. The screenshot reproduced by IT Home on November 8 identifies models S140ARC1101100 and OSF140JAC. Reported as a 120 W accessory, it has no announced price or firm launch date.

Two mains-voltage ranges, two output tables

For 200–240 V input, the USB-A port lists 5 V/3 A, 9 V/2 A, 12 V/1.5 A or up to 11 V/11 A. The USB-C ports list up to 11 V/11 A as well as 5 V/3 A, 9 V/3 A, 15 V/3 A and 20 V/5 A.

In this input range, the listed two-port allocations are 80+67 W or 80+60 W, while three-port operation is listed at 45+45+33 W. The reproduced record does not separately illustrate which physical port combinations correspond to each allocation.

Different limits at 100–130 V

For 100–130 V input, USB-A lists 5 V/3 A, 9 V/2 A, 12 V/1.5 A and up to 11 V/9.1 A. USB-C lists up to 11 V/9.1 A alongside 5 V/3 A, 9 V/3 A, 15 V/3 A and 20 V/5 A. Two-port operation is limited to 45+45 W, and three-port output to 30+33+33 W.

Maximum values from different tables must not be added together as power available simultaneously from all ports. The 120 W label does not mean every phone or laptop will charge at that rate. Actual power depends on device protocols, suitable cables and other connected devices; the listed USB-C 20 V/5 A profile corresponds to 100 W.

Certification is not a retail launch

The screenshot shows certificate number 2026010907905662, applicant and manufacturer GuangDong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications, and factory Dazhou Tenpao Jinhu Electronics. It is dated November 5, 2026. Certification alone does not establish the final exterior design, retail package, Turkish availability or a sales date.
