Coolpad Cool X Wide starts at 999 yuan, with shipping delayed to November 15

The Coolpad Cool X Wide is listed in China from 999 yuan, but ordering and shipping are separate milestones. A notice from Coolpad’s JD store, reproduced by IT Home, says shipments originally scheduled for November 8 will instead begin in batches from November 15, 2026.

Three configurations and a wider screen

IT Home’s November 8 report lists 999 yuan for 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, 1,199 yuan for 8/256 GB and 1,399 yuan for 12/256 GB. These are announced Chinese-market prices, not international or Turkish prices.

The 6.38-inch display has a 16:10 aspect ratio, 720 × 1158 resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The 150.3 × 94.5 × 8.95 mm body offers a wider shape than conventional tall phones. This is a fixed-screen handset, not a foldable. White, black and red finishes are listed.

Helio G99 and a 4,600 mAh battery

The announced hardware combines MediaTek’s Helio G99 processor with LPDDR4X memory and UFS 2.2 storage. microSD/TF expansion up to 256 GB is listed. Battery capacity is 4,600 mAh and the rear camera is 50 megapixels.

Shipping was postponed

The Coolpad notice reproduced in IT Home’s November 4 report attributes the schedule change to factors affecting production and delivery. November 15 is the start of phased dispatch, not a promise that all orders will arrive that day. The November 8 sales report does not override this delay notice.

For customers who purchased a one-yuan benefits package before November 8, 2026, the notice adds one year of replacement rather than repair coverage and extends the previously offered one-year extended warranty to three years. These are conditions of the Chinese promotion, not warranty promises for Turkey.
