DJI Matrice 5T combines thermal imaging and three sensing systems for night missions
DJI introduced the Matrice 5T on November 5 as its new compact flagship enterprise drone. Built for search and rescue, infrastructure inspection and mapping, the aircraft combines LiDAR, millimetre-wave radar and visual sensing.
Thermal imaging after dark
The native 1280 × 1024 thermal sensor provides four times the pixel count of a standard 640 × 512 sensor. UHR mode produces 2560 × 2048 images. The camera system also offers 11× optical and up to 176× hybrid zoom, two figures that describe different types of magnification.

Designed for field operations
DJI specifies up to 59 minutes of flight time, an IP55 rating and an operating temperature range of −20 to +50 °C. These figures come from controlled testing; payload and environmental conditions can change real-world performance.
O4 Enterprise transmission, relay options, onboard AI and Pilot 2 plugins support different field workflows. The aircraft is offered through authorised DJI Enterprise dealers. The sources do not provide a price for Turkey.
Technical sessions are scheduled
DJI announced online introductory sessions for the Americas on November 10 and Europe, the Middle East and Africa on November 11. The events will cover the sensing system, thermal imaging and mapping applications.
